During her career, she managed multiple partner relations, commercial agreements and internal teams to increase business performance and drive operational efficiencies.
In her corporate experience, she served in executive capacity for market leaders in the sportswear, consumer goods and industrial equipment industries, in the US, UK and Europe. Gioia has also enjoyed ten years of consulting and entrepreneurial experience. serving clients in Food & Beverage, Retail Home Construction, Aviation, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and Engineering industries, leading a range of change management and re-organization activities.
As an Executive Coach, Gioia’s approach blends human performance/leadership development research with best practices and practical applications, aiming at supporting her clients moving forward, in a deep process of learning and change. Gioia graduated magna cum laude in Economics, at Luiss University in Rome, Italy; she holds an MBA from New York University Stern Business School and a certification in Executive Coaching from Columbia University Teachers College, NYC. She is a member of the ICF-International Coach Federation.
Last, but definitely not least, after more than 20 years in the UK and US, Gioia now lives with her husband and their four totally spoiled pets in Rome, Italy.
