We seek to put in place simple mechanisms to move teams, roles, entire functions to perform cohesively and be aligned with the entire enterprise strategy. Organization effectiveness as a path to business performance
A way to look at organizational effectiveness is through the lens of a high performance team continously hitting business performance targets. Measuring Team Health (how efficient, collaborative, positive the team is) next to KPI's achieved by team, we can uncover a story that will captivate senior business leaders: in the matrix above, the bottom left quadrant is where the areas of risks lay and on the opposite, top right quadrant, we can see the high performing teams. For any team we can brainstorm and design the actions on the journey to a sustainable high performance and track the teams' position over time.
